On October 7, 25-year-old Inbar Liberman saved her entire community by leading a small group of residents to neutralize more than two dozen terrorists. Liberman, the Security Coordinator of Kibbutz Nir Am, heard explosions early Saturday and rushed to open the armory to distribute guns to the 12-member security team.
Liberman killed five terrorists while the others eliminated 20 more.
Nearby affected communities that did not have sufficient weapons or equipment suffered unthinkable losses.

The Kibbutz Zikim Civil Security Squad
Within a matter of days after the wake of the October 7th attack, we supplied the first civil security squad of Kibbutz Zikim with their most pressing protective and tactical needs. Soon after, we expanded our scope to include all of the affected communities of Israel's Southern and Northern borders.
Today, we provide coverage for all frontline communities at risk.

Our team is fully voluntary and operates very leanly and responsibly, in order to ensure that every shekel and dollar you give is spent wisely and has the greatest possible impact.
Our dear friend and team member Nir Alon, along with his family, survived the horrific massacre by hiding for 36 hours in the bomb shelter of their home, while terrorists went on a murderous rampage through their Kibbutz. His personal story is the fuel that motivates us to remedy the ill-equipped nature of Israel's Civil Squads on October 7th.

Nir Alon C.P.A. - born and raised on Israel's southern Kibbutz Sufa - is a Corporate Controller of one of Israel's leading gov-tech start-ups. Having experienced and survived the October 7th massacres from the safe-room of his parents' and childhood home on Sufa, Nir went on to co-found Civil Squads of Israel. Nir's passion in ensuring that Israel's frontline Civil Squads will never be caught off-guard again is a key driving force of the Civil Squads of Israel team and his broad experience in Finance is leveraged to ensure financial responsibility and efficiency. Nir's skillset has been pivotal in our extensive achievements, as a wholly volunteer undertaking.

Pastor Styrsky is an author, music director and staunch Zionist and supporter of the nation of Israel since 1981, when the Reagan Administration announced its plans to sell five of the U.S.-made AWACS to Saudi Arabia. Working with Christian and Jewish organizations, he assisted in leading pro-Israel rallies in California and throughout the nation. As the Former National Outreach Co-Director of Christians United For Israel, CUFI, the world's largest pro-Israel organization with over 10-million members, Pastor Victor brings invaluable tools and leadership to the Civil Squads of Israel.
Nir Krakowski
Director of Operations
Nir Krakowski is acting CTO and co-founder of Deepdub.ai, overseeing the technological development and advanced capabilities of the organization. He graduated from the Israeli Elite Intelligence Services program called Aram, and later joined the Israeli Security Agency also known as Shin Bet. Following a period of service in the Shin Bet, he assumed the role of Assistant Director of Cyber Division. Nir is the recipient of the Shin Bet Director’s Award of Excellence.

Uri also spends a lot of time connecting people as well as using his vast network to promote important and meaningful initiatives.

Lior Grundman

Lior Grundman studied photography and digital media at Sapir College in Sderot, immersing himself deeply in the vibrant life of Kibbutz Kfar Aza during his time there. During this period, he shoot an ongoing project for "Hashomer Hachadash". Over the past 12 years, Lior has established himself as an Architecture and Hospitality photographer, while also pursuing various personal projects. His work reflects a unique blend of professional expertise and personal passion, capturing the essence of the human stories within.
Daniel Buchen
Daniel Buchen is a reservist in his city's civil security squad, with a background in communal and corporate security. He has spent the last several years within the hi-tech industry, managing multi-million dollar portfolios in senior business development and enterprise-service roles. Daniel - an Argov Fellows Program alumni from Reichman University - also brings knowledge of NGO management as a previous co-founder of two non-profits, including previously acting as a Board Member and Branch Director with a team of over 50 volunteers.
Sapir Balatz
Graphic Designer
Sapir Balatz is a graphic designer specializing in UI/UX design, screen design, applications, and branding. She served in the IDF as a Bedouin sergeant in Gaza as part of the Intelligence Corps. In her role, she was responsible for navigating soldiers in enemy territory and also worked with observation teams to investigate tunnels. During her military service, she also volunteered in website design, contributing her skills during times of conflict. After her military service, she continued her volunteer work with non-profits supporting Israeli security and defense projects.
